Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our website.

 

1. Reservation Policy: There are no cancellations allowed after 48 hours of booking. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so we offer the option to reschedule your party for a future date. Please note that deposits are non-refundable after 48 hours of reservation. In the event of rain, we provide one opportunity to reschedule your event.
2. Payment Policy: C & M Entertainment reserves the right to cancel a reservation if full payment is not received within 24 hours of your event. Please ensure timely payment to avoid cancellation. Please be aware that certain characters, such as Dinosaurs and Transformers, cannot withstand exposure to water. In the event of rain, we reserve the right to cancel and reschedule the event for the safety of our characters.
3. Media Release: We may use pictures and videos taken at your event for promotional purposes. If you do not wish for us to use any media from your event, please inform us by texting us at 562-500-0201 and emailing us at Candmentertainment@yahoo.com. Both a text message and an email are required to ensure your request is processed promptly.
