Damage and Loss:

At C&M Entertainment, we strive to maintain our products in excellent condition for your enjoyment. However, we understand that accidents can happen. In the event of damage or loss of equipment provided by C&M Entertainment due to actions of event attendees or staff not employed by C&M Entertainment, the customer agrees to pay for all repairs or replacements up to the full value of the lost or damaged items, including shipping and handling costs.

 

Refunds:

Please note that we do not offer refunds after order confirmation. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you cancel your order more than 24 hours after confirmation, we will retain the deposit and you will be subject to store credit, which will be held on file for 1 full calendar year from the date the original order was placed.

 

Changes to Order:

Changes to the order are allowed within the first 24 hours after order confirmation. After this period, changes are not permitted. However, you may add items to the order, subject to the same terms. Please note that any changes to the order after the first 24 hours are subject to store credit, which will be held on file for 1 full calendar year from the date the original order was placed.

 

Booking Process:

To book our props and entertainment services, please contact us at +1 (562) 500-0201 to schedule an appointment with the owner. During the appointment, the owner will discuss your event requirements, provide pricing details, and finalize the booking arrangements.

 

Payment Methods:

We accept various payment methods to accommodate our customers’ preferences. Payment arrangements will be discussed and agreed upon during the booking process with the owner. Please note that we do not process payments directly through our website.

 

Additional Information for Rentals Over 40 Miles:

If your event venue is located over 40 miles away, the minimum rental requirement is 2 hours or two dinosaurs, whichever is greater. Additionally, there will be a millage fee of $2 per mile for realistic dinosaurs. All props will have their own contract with a millage fee as well.

 

Insurance Requirement:

If your venue requires insurance, there is a $150 charge for it. It will be a day insurance for $1,000,000 under the venue’s name.

 

Handler for Walking Dinosaurs:

All walking dinosaurs, shoulder dinosaurs, or hand puppets come with a handler.

 

Changes to this Policy:

We reserve the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time and without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. We recommend that you periodically review this policy to stay informed of any updates or changes.
